*S&CC rates will be revised from 1 April 2015.

S&CC are due on the 1st of each month without demand. *If payment is late for the current month, the penalty charge will apply from the following month onwards till repayment is done.

* Normal rate applies to a flat under items 1 to 4:

  1. Where none of the owners, tenants and none of the authorised occupiers are citizens of Singapore;
  2. where
    • in the case of a flat sold by the Board — any owner or essential occupier of the flat; or
    • in the case of a flat let out by the Board — any tenant or authorised occupier of the flat,

    has an interest in any residential property not owned by or vested in the Board, or in any industrial or commercial property, whether or not owned by or vested in the Board;

  3. Which is owned or let to any body corporate; or
  4. Which is vacant.

Note:
  • Service Centre at Ave 4 is closed for lunch from 1pm to 2pm.
  • Our offices are closed on Sundays and Public holidays.

2. Cheque


Cheque should be made payable to 'Ang Mo Kio Town Council'. Please include your address and TC Reference Number on the reverse side of the cheque.

You can either mail or drop the cheque at any of the offices.

3. S.A.M. and AXS Stations


With the 24 hours S.A.M. and AXS Stations available islandwide, you can make your payment after office hours with NETS or Cashcard.

4. Inter-Bank GIRO


GIRO is a convenient and cashless mode of payment. With payments made automatically on a regular basis, you can enjoy penalty-free payments. You need not bother with the hassle of remembering when the charges are due or wait in a line to pay a bill.

It is just a few simple steps to apply for Inter-Bank GIRO:

  1. Obtain a GIRO Application Form from any of the Town Council offices, or click HERE to download and print out a copy of the Application Form.
  2. Fill in Part I of the form only.
  3. Return the completed form to the following address:

  4. Take note that GIRO application takes 2 months to process. During this period, please continue to pay via your existing payment mode.
  5. An approval letter will be sent to you to inform you of the commencement date for GIRO deduction.
  6. Please ensure there are sufficient funds in your bank account for deduction on the 28th of every month. If deduction is unsuccessful, a subsequent deduction will be made on the 7th of the following month.
  7. An annual statement of account will be issued at the end of each Financial Year i.e. April to reflect on the payment made for the year. You can also verify payment from your bank passbook or statement of account with the initial "TC".
  8. Any queries regarding the charges deducted should be directed to the Town Council.
  9. Please inform the Town Council and your Bank if you wish to terminate or change your Inter-bank GIRO account.
